We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to our event Fastfood & Café & Ravintola, who can strengthen our team on our exciting journey. We are looking for someone who is creative, responsible and outgoing. As Marketing Coordinator you will have a varying role where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for digital communication and for carrying out marketing for the events. Together with the project manager and sales team you will drive the event forward and have great freedom to pursue your own ideas and solutions. You will organise around 2-4 events a year in different cities and be expected to attend all of the shows.
You are comfortable with digital developments and like to evolve in line with the trends so that you feel confident about carrying out your tasks. You will have to have a structured, time-efficient way of working as this is often a fast-paced environment. In brief, the role entails:
• Digital communication and marketing targeted at visitors and exhibitors
• Producing and implementing a market plan for each project together with the project manager
• Analysing the target group and monitoring visitor statistics
• Supporting the sales team by planning and implementing sales activities • Daily administration and updates to the systems • Service calls and information for booked exhibitors
• Carrying out events
The team aims to create a successful, highly valued events and this requires excellent team spirit and good collaboration. Being inquisitive, creative and outgoing are qualities that we value in order to constantly develop the projects and contribute fresh thoughts and ideas. You love communication and building relations. As we work in an industry that is constantly evolving, it is important to have a flexible attitude to changes and quick decisions.
We think that you are at the beginning of your career and have worked for a couple of years after completing your education, preferably in project form. You must have a talent for writing texts for our web pages and newsletters and have a good eye for graphics. We would like you to be a star of digital marketing with good analytical skills so that you can develop and elevate our communication to new heights. You like coordination, and structure and organisation are natural parts of how you work. You are used to taking responsibility and like to take leading roles in groups in various situations. A basic knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop and Wordpress is a major plus. Fluency in spoken and written Finnish and English is a requirement. The role sometimes involves trips to the Nordic headquarters in Sweden.
